"In 2018, our family embarked on a new journey, bringing with us the rich culinary heritage of Syria and Lebanon, along with invaluable experience gained from years of working in the UAE’s professional kitchens. Cooking has always been our passion—a way to connect, share warmth, and keep memories alive.
With a strong foundation in both academic and professional culinary arts, we dedicated ourselves to crafting authentic flavors that bring people together. In 2022, Alpha Shawarma was born—our first restaurant, where every dish tells a story of tradition, love, and passion. In 2025, we expanded, opening a second location on King Street and a third on Yonge, with plans to grow further and bring our flavors to more communities.
